Town and Country Insulation ships only within Victoria, Australia. Delivery is via our own fleet or via Bradford’s delivery network.
Melbourne Metro delivery
Within Melbourne metro area delivery is a flat fee of $75.00 per order. You can enter your postcode at the cart to see if your postcode is included. If you are unsure whether your area is eligible or not, please do not hesitate to contact us. We reserve the right to ask for extra shipping costs if the order contains exceptionally bulky items and are going to areas with higher than normal freight costs.
Regional & Rural Victorian delivery
Delivery outside the Melbourne metropolitan area is at a flat rate of $110 per order.
If you are unsure whether your area is eligible or not, please do not hesitate to contact us. We reserve the right to ask for extra shipping costs if the order contains exceptionally bulky items and are going to areas with higher than normal freight charges.
Delivery time estimations
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. In some circumstances orders may take longer, however you will be notified of the delay.
Please make note that we do not currently ship to areas outside of Melbourne Metro area.
The length of time for delivery of your order depends on
- Stock availability
- Destination of order
We keep stock of popular products in our warehouse and we often ship the same day the order is received if the order is placed prior to 10am.
Specialty items and stock that needs to be ordered require an extra 2-3 days for delivery- we will notify you if you order requires this.
We do not provide an express service, and we cannot guarantee delivery days and times. We would recommend you wait until you receive the items before confirming times with other trades and contractors.
If you need your order urgently, please feel free to send us an email prior to purchase with the item/s you are looking to purchase and the delivery address for the order to email@example.com so we can give you a more accurate shipping time.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item etc )
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in most cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes transit times for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once received, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account via the My account link at the top of the window, view the order using the “ Completed Orders” link under MY Account menu and click the Return Item (s) button. We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
